Australian artist (b. 1947) 

Artist Criss Canning is a well known still life painter. I collaborated with Criss in 2005 to create this magnificent print of banksias. A traditional still life image with a unique Australian quality. Rich in colour and texture, this print explores the harsh lines of Australian native plants with complex modernist principles that evoke the works of Margaret Preston.
