After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY with your order details. You will normally receive this email within a few minutes.

Shipping and insurance

Shipping and shipping insurance are free of charge. 

We will send your goods via Australia Post within ten (10) working days, however in some circumstances it may take a little longer. We will contact you if the delay is more than fifteen (15) days, or if there is any problem with shipping to you.

We can ship to almost any address in the world. When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. Rest assured, we insure all our prints shipped with Australia Post at our cost. Your purchase is protected in the event of damage or loss during the shipping process.

How we prepare your print for shipping

We take the utmost care with your purchase. When handling your print we wear white cotton gloves to prevent accidental marking. In a spotlessly clean environment, we gently roll your print and wrap it in tissue so it does not slide inside the package. We then place it in an Australia Post approved tube. All prints leave eStudio Editions premises in pristine condition.

If you purchase more than one print, we send them in separate packages. Each is insured separately. This gives you greater protection in the event of loss or damage.

Returns policy

We do not allow for returns due to change of mind, however, in the event of damage or loss during shipping we will refund your money using the insurance we take out with Australia Post. If this has occurred, please contact us on the following:

We cannot refund your purchase for colour variations between your computer monitor (or the monitor on which you viewed your purchase) and the actual work of art. Variations in the digital environment, and from monitor to monitor, are common. Some differences should be expected.

Refund conditions

Any return and refund has following conditions:

  • You have contacted us and we have agreed to the return and refund.
  • Return shipping of the print is at your expense. We recommend you purchase shipping insurance. Receipt of the package in excellent condition is your responsibility.
  • The returned print must be received by eStudio Editions within four (4) weeks of the refund agreement.
  • You must return the print in the same, pristine condition it was received. If it is marked, soiled, or creased in any way, we cannot process the refund. Please note, we provide you with white cotton gloves to be worn whenever handling or packaging / unpackaging the print. These will be inside the print tube along with handling and care instructions. 

Refunds may take up to six (6) weeks. This takes into account: transit time to eStudio Editions, inspection of the print, refund processing, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
